Will you be receiving a refund on your tax return this year? I encourage you to take this opportunity to plan for your family’s future. The first step is to create a plan for your estate. I suggest that everyone at least have the following documents:

  • Last Will & Testament
  • Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare
  • Financial Durable Power of Attorney
